I totally agree download music from the web free is Not OK. Its total illigal becuase there is a Maker. When musicians can not sell theier music than who makes music?
Korea free music downloading issue
Soribada was a hot potato when free music downloading forbidden by a law at 2002 in Korea. Soribada is a pioneer of Korea music download web site.
Without permission people could download music freely before 2002 through its p2p program.
And when setting up a new internet copyright law, record companies and movie makers welcome it, but internet service companies got deep hurt and the representative one was Soribada.

Free Mobile contents
Nowadays there is another downloading issue is raising and its mobile contents. 2005 there were almost 150 cell phone bell, wallpaper companies in Korea however now less than 10. Where they’v gone?
Mobile contents suddenly dead due to teenagers don’t pay for it. Mobile contents also related to portrait right not only to music copyright. Because of people download star images for mobile phone’s wallpaper.
Korea Ministry of Culture said it can be punished by copyright law, but no exact reaction yet.
